Home Defense Program - Level 3

Service Description

2 Hours | Craftsman Level | Level 2 Graduates Only Tier 3 is Gorget's most demanding home defense session: two fully evaluated, dynamic force-on-force scenarios, each run against an adaptive role player and each presenting a different threat type. This isn't scripted practice; the role player reacts in real time to what you do, closing the gap between a qualification target and a real-world encounter. Each scenario weaves in ambiguous information and, in at least one lane, a household member you have to correctly account for. Beyond the shoot/no-shoot decision itself, students are evaluated on post-incident actions: securing the scene, addressing a downed party, and communicating with arriving law enforcement. A short reset between lanes lets the facility and role player reconfigure for a genuinely different second scenario, so instructors can see whether performance holds up when the situation changes. You'll leave with: a narrative, four-part evaluation of your decision-making speed, composure under stress, communication, and tactical efficiency across two distinct scenarios, plus a personalized recommendation for what's next, whether that's a refresher cadence or Gorget's full-day flagship Level 3 for additional scenario variety and medical/TCCC integration. Prerequisites: Level 2 graduate, cleared by a Gorget instructor. Current waiver and safety briefing required.
